Submit a person’s contact details only when they have agreed to the introduction and understand which type of professional may contact them. Do not upload purchased lists, scraped data, cold leads, or information obtained through deception.
Choose the service category
The form routes a referral by category rather than inviting the submitter to choose a specific member. Routing is based on current directory information and does not guarantee availability, response time, acceptance, pricing, or results.
Information you may provide
Share only what is reasonably needed for the introduction: the person or business name, preferred contact details, requested category, general need, timing, and preferred follow-up method.
Information you must not provide
Do not submit passwords, authentication codes, Social Security or tax identification numbers, payment-card or bank data, medical records, government identification, private legal documents, information about minors, or other sensitive information.
No endorsement or guarantee
Directory membership and referral routing are not warranties of licensing, insurance, quality, safety, pricing, availability, or outcome. The referred person and the receiving business decide independently whether to communicate or enter an agreement.
Compensation and conflicts
Any referral fee, commission, reciprocal arrangement, ownership interest, or other material benefit must comply with applicable professional rules and be disclosed when required. The network does not authorize compensation that a profession or law prohibits.
Receiving-member responsibilities
- Use the information only to respond to the requested introduction.
- Contact the person respectfully and stop when asked.
- Protect the information from unauthorized access or reuse.
- Do not add the person to unrelated marketing without appropriate permission.
- Close the loop with the source without revealing private customer details.
Misuse
Spam, harassment, unauthorized disclosure, deceptive submissions, lead resale, or repeated failure to honor consent may result in blocking, referral suspension, membership review, or removal.
